We also collect information generated by your use of the platform — your storefront configuration, product selections, and account activity.

Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers.

2.How we use your information

• To provide the service: building and hosting your storefront, registering and managing your domain, and maintaining your product catalog.
• To communicate with you about your account — setup steps, service notifications, support replies, and your coaching sessions.
• To improve the platform and keep it secure.

We never sell your data.

3.SMS & phone communications

By providing your phone number you consent to receive calls and SMS text messages from Boundless AI related to your account — setup reminders, service notifications, appointment scheduling, and support follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Mobile information is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.

4.Sharing with service providers

We share information only with the providers needed to run the service — payment processing, domain registration, hosting infrastructure, and communications delivery — and only to the extent required to perform those functions. If you purchase Domain Protection & Privacy, our registration details replace yours in public domain records.

5.Cookies & sessions

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the member portal.

6.Data retention & security

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the service.

7.Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@get-boundless-ai.com. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of non-essential emails via the links in those emails.

8.Children

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be communicated through the platform.
