Refund Policy

1.Overview

We want you to be happy with every purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available for paid upgrades such as the one-time Domain Protection & Privacy package. We do not offer exchanges.

2.Refund window

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase. Because paid upgrades involve real third-party costs that are incurred immediately — such as domain registration, privacy provisioning, and security configuration — a refund requested after those services have been provisioned may be prorated to reflect costs already incurred, at our reasonable discretion.

3.Non-refundable items

• Services already fully delivered, including completed coaching sessions.
• Domain registration costs once a domain has been registered on your behalf.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, except as described in Section 5.

4.How to request a refund

Email support@get-boundless-ai.com from the email on your account with your purchase details. We review refund requests within 7 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 business days.

5.Service failure

If a paid service fails due to our error, we will make it right — a fix, a credit, or a full or partial refund at our discretion, evaluated case by case.
