1.Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the services provided by Boundless AI ("we," "us," "the Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2.The service

Boundless AI is an e-commerce software platform. Depending on your plan, the service includes an AI-generated storefront hosted on a domain provisioned through the platform, a product catalog populated with data from third-party marketplaces, AI-generated content and imagery, business email forwarding, publishing tools, and access to coaching sessions. We may modify, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3.Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your login credentials — including any permanent login links issued to you — private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for individuals 18 and older.

4.Free plan and paid upgrades

Signing up is free and includes the features described at sign-up. Optional paid upgrades — such as the one-time Domain Protection & Privacy package — are offered inside your account with the price clearly displayed before you pay. Prices are stated at the time of purchase; applicable charges are one-time unless expressly labeled as recurring. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5.Marketplace products

Storefronts display products curated from third-party marketplaces (such as eBay). Product listings link to the original seller's page, and purchases are completed on the marketplace's own site under its terms, checkout, buyer protection, and shipping policies. Boundless AI is not the seller of those products and is not a party to transactions between shoppers and marketplace sellers. Prices shown on a storefront were captured at listing time and may change.

6.No earnings claims

Boundless AI provides software and services. We make no representations or guarantees about income, sales, or business results. Any statistics we publish about the e-commerce industry are independent third-party figures, not results of Boundless AI users. Your results depend on factors within and outside your control, including your effort, products, and market conditions.

7.Domains

Domains provisioned through the platform are registered and managed by us on your behalf as part of the service. Domain availability is not guaranteed for any specific name. If you purchase Domain Protection & Privacy, our registration contact details replace yours in public records for as long as the service is active on your account.

8.Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful — including selling prohibited goods, infringing others' intellectual property, sending spam, or attempting to breach the platform's security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9.Intellectual property

The platform, its software, templates, and tools remain the property of Boundless AI. Content generated for your store through the platform may be used by you as part of your storefront while your account is in good standing. Marketplace product images and data belong to their respective owners.

10.Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boundless AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14.SMS terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Boundless AI for customer service, account notifications, setup reminders and follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and feedback. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for support and STOP to opt out at any time. Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy; mobile information is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.
